Green Ridge Munnar

Every thing was good except some bad smell was coming from their surrounding area. My suggestion is they can make some improvements in their restaurant service in the food and receivement. Other than all are ok.

very old structure room unlike the hotel entrance. when we entered the room, we were getting smell. Bathroom and room was like 1000 rupees room for which they take 3000 rupees. In the night time we were getting lot of dj sound for 2 days as we stayed there for 2 days. They told that it will go off in half hour but it was there till 1 am. Bathroom accessories was half broken. unpleasant stay. only reception area is good.

Located near to munnar city centre. Good breakfast options to choose from . Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Had a tea/coffee bar as well.

I stayed my family. The location is perfect. Rooms and room service was very good.i liked the stay.

Good. Staff though co operative but provided only one glass in room. On our repeated request they provided 2nd glass

Hotel was amazing. Cleaning was too good. Reception man behave respectively. Easily food order can be placed. Food quality was also good.

Not really clean. Stinky rooms. Rude staff. We were mentioned that if we extend the stay we need to pay 2000 extra which was fair enough. Next day morning when we extended the stay the manager suddenly increased the rate to 2500 and said it was a miscommunication.

No ac, given us the worst room possible in any condition. Very bad experience. No facilities provided by the hotel not even kettle, tea bag

No toilet paper checkout time staff not available i was waiting 30 min after that no one coming so i talk my luggage not good meal, unhealthy breakfast.

Good place to stay as it's in central munnar. Room is good enough and spacious. Clean and hygienic.

Cant allow a guest for 5 min at-least to room only one plug point in room way of giving water bottle is not acceptable dine-in closes by 10 pm high price compared to service provided

Standard restaurant food is good. Improvement in service standards and customer oriented approach is needed. Clothings in room, cleanness and sanitation needs to be improve.

Didn't get hot water in the morning, so we couldn't taken bath, i had called 3 times to the reception to complaint about it from the room, but no one pick the call, so i vacated very early from the hotel, and taken room in another hotel.

The hotel charged us rs for the previous night stay and they did not provide us with a gst number bill proper one realizing the huge costs i booked next night stay and it costed me just that is why i do not like the hotel the bed sheet was not clean and we had to pay for breakfast the next morning rs 800 the owner was not even aware that i have booked the same rooms for the next night as well there is this communication gap they first told breakfast is free due to ignorance also i had a baby with me and yet we had to wait for their maid to clean the room for 40 mins

the room is excellent and neet and clean food is awesome,enjoy thank you so much🙏🏻
