hotel hygeine is very good ,staff also very good,but breakfast is not good ,it is average ,proper quality breakfast is not there,food also same ,service for food supply also not in time ,but cleaning is good,view also too good ,Okk iam satisfied but in food area in quality wise they have to improve and service also they have to improve.

The hotel rooms were very neat and tidy. The complementary breakfast was not really apetiting.The food service requires improvement.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Hotel staff were very much helpful and cordial. Rooms are very much spacious with great scenic view as we had booked lake facing room. Overall we had a great experience. Location is also beside main road but its 15 km away from the munnar city

We stayed for 2 nights here and had booked two rooms. Bedsheets blankets pillows were stinking and also there were stains as if they were used. Food was OK. Due to risk of landslides because of heavy rainfall we wanted to cancel our one day booking out of 3. I called make my trip support and they said they will drop an approval mail to the hotel and on approval one day booking can be canceled and refunded. The hotel straight forward denied the cancelation and we left without the refund as it was risky. We asked them if they don't want to refund then atleast adjust the amount for meals we had ordered but they denied that as well. Very upset with this behaviour of the hotel management. I will definitely never visit this hotel again in my life I would rather pay 1k extra and stay at a better place.
