familyStay was good. Location of the property is bit difficult to reach. If you are with kid or old parents, it is better to avoid. Rooms are maintained properly, staffs are good.

Great property
coupleProperty in itself is pleasant and lush green. The owner and caretaker boys are very cooperative. Rooms very bigger than we expected. Loved our stay here. A special mention for their chef, he is really a good cook. The only drawback is the dangerous road leading to the property. We rented a scooty from munnar and were able to ride. Overall a nice experience.

It was a stay with an awesome balcony hill view. Room no. 101 has the best view from the rest of the rooms. Where is my discount

Good for the price
It's a cute living accommodation with pros and cons Pros : 1) lovely, responsive, reliable and fast delivering staff 2) green surrounds 3) clean and well maintained 4) near the town Cons : 1) the road to the place is super small and a bit scary - I have seen many people say this, it's not their fault 2) food is average, we have to preorder things which is a problem as there is a 5 star restaurant with amazing food 3 mins away 3) we booked two rooms, one was fully set up, the other was not at all set up - not sure whose fault that was 4) it's not exactly munnar, so there are no tea plantations near by, nor is it as cold as munnar - so basically it's just a normal in the forest accommodation which you can get in any other location for a cheaper price 5) check in time is 2pm and check out is 12pm... Usually it's 12-12.. Im not sure why only this place has this rule (but they were not strict about it, so it's OK) Overall it's a beautiful place, but I wouldn't stay there for more than a day - nothing much to do there and as it gets hot in the afternoon, we would have to stay indoors in the AC, which I believe we can do at home

Good view from the rooms, staff is nice and welcoming. Location is isolated so no noise or traffic issue. Apart from included breakfast, food is sub par. And could get full rating if improve little things, like include toiletries by default (dental, shower, non chargeable drinking water (1l bottle per room is free for per day)

Location was suprb. Rooms are clear. View was good. Staff was good. Breakfast was good for pure veg. Stay was good. Its couple friendly resort.

Was a bit too far from city and not easily accessible
Connecting road is in bad condition, food quality is also not good.
