food was not that bad but it should improved. The jeera aloo was not properly boiled, tea was not hot and medu vada was too oily but overall the environment and ambience were excellent. Rooms were also clean and the forest was beautiful.

1. the resort was under renovation in most places and the same was not communicated nor mentioned anywhere. 2. it had no light in many areas. 3. Electric toy car was missing 4. Room steps were too steep and long walk to reception 5. parking was on the main road 6. Campfire area was muddy 7. not really a 4 star, not worth the money

I booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights. Cons: 1. The pictures showcased in MMT are misleading. I booked the property only because of the river view, however, I was allotted rooms in the basement floor of the building which had no view and the front was covered with trees. I expressed my displeasure and was informed that the view is only for the top floor rooms which is not mentioned anywhere in the app or the description. 2. We wanted to upgrade to their Royal or premium rooms but were faced with the same issue again where view is for the frontline properties and availability was in the second row. 3. Upon expressing extreme displeasure the staff informed us that a room in the front row would be vacant the next day and we would be relocated there however, nothing was done by the property or the staff, which was extremely disappointing. 4. Water was leaking from the fridge into the room and we could not access the wardrobe section or washroom without stepping into this indoor river in 1 room. The room was cleaned on the first day and the second day we faced the same issue again. 5. Every basic hotel has access to YouTube in their TV. We were travelling with a child hence to get some relaxation we require some form of entertainment in the TV. We asked the reception and were informed that it's not available and would be difficult to provide. 6. We requested MMT for cancellation of second day of stay. MMT sent across an email to the property for the same but the property did not respond as usual. Neither did they address the issue the next day with us. Even at checkout they didn't even ask or acknowledge. Pros: 1. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. 2. The activities they have arranged for the guests is great. The spa in charge is responsible for some of them, he was extremely well spoken and entertainment child with origami and other activities. 3. I had an issue with my shoe and the reception staff was helpful by getting me glue for the same .

Nice place to stay , Well maintained rooms and all the staffs are behaving politely and always ready to support any support.

Location super, Staff cooperative & devoted, food quantity exceptional. ( Chef 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻). Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, friendly, helping staff and delicious dining experience all contributed to a memorable and relaxing holiday trip. Recommended for whoever wishes to visit Munnar

The ambience was really nice. The resort is located near a river stream and the rooms we stayed in had a valley view which I would say is the best. The rooms are very spacious. we had parking in the premises. The restaurant had really nice food. We ordered from different cuisines and everything was served well. overall we had a pleasant stay and the staffs are really courteous. The ambience was really nice. My stay at the resort was pleasant. The location was nice, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Facilities like the pool and dining were good, and overall it was a relaxing experience.

It was a great place to stay with family. Nice welcome from the hotel members.Food was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Service provided from the hotel people make us very comfortable throughout the day

The place was outside the main city of Munnar which is 15kms away. But it's okay it has a river next to it and the entire locality looked serene. We can have a pleasant stay. The hospitality team is very good and we did not face any difficulties. Food rates are very high and not worth it

Ya is good stay for family’s Also nice breakfast with lots of items and we enjoy Aa lot in 🏊 pool also good and different activities also there nice stay totally

The resort is very beautiful, well maintained, staff are very polite and helpful The activities included in the package are worth it for families who don't want to venture out for sightseeing Overall best experience I would look forward to coming back to the resort ⛵

Room was small as had booked triple and when asked for Twin bed that also they didn't change despite stay was for 3 nights, hi tea was also not upto the mark as named

Food and amenities are very Good. staff behaviour is also Good. Renovation work going on once completed will be a more beautiful Resort.

Nice place for a week end stay. Amenities are average and location is really good. Staffs are good and food was tasty.

The ambience and the facilities in the resort were really good. The staffs were very professional and friendly. I would really make an other trip to this resort very soon.

It is one of the best resorts I have been to!! The property offers the best view, services and activities. It was raining all over Munnar during our stay, but the resort had ample activities to keep us engaged.
