That was a quick decision for a weekend trip and I booked this hotel on the way to moonar, The location was good, No need to worry about the weekend traffic block, it's away from the City centre. The room was okay for me and my family. But the food and the service is very good. I didn't explore the swimming pool and other amenities,

This property is approximately 8 km from Munnar city and it is at pleasant location. It is close to chocolate factory and herbal gardens towards kochi road. Food is excellent. More options/varieties on free breakfast here. Non-veg buffet is 600 per person and kids below 12 are not charged. Rooms are very good. Swimming pool is good and facilities are excellent for kids to play. This is one of the very good stay I had in last 20 years. I got one room for 3 adults and 1 kid for 3 nights, with extra bed costed around 19 k in end is September 25 including free breakfast . It is worth for money spent.

Rooms are average, though we booked presidential suite, still it was not that great. Water leakage in bathroom, jacuzzi was not working properly. Overall an average stay!

I booked this hotel expecting the same experience I’ve had with this chain in other cities, but the stay in Munnar was disappointing. While the room was clean and the breakfast was good, the overall experience did not match the price point. The TV wasn’t working, only a normal water bottle was provided instead of packaged drinking water, the Wi-Fi was very poor, lighting in the room was inadequate, and the furniture looked old and worn out. The room clearly needs major renovation. For the location and the facilities offered, it felt overpriced. Overall, not worth it compared to my past stays with the same hotel brand.

5 star hotel... location is 11 km before munnar main city.... but hotel staff and accommodation is 5 star hotel

We found the stay from make my trip .The location of the stay was perfect enough to enjoy the climate and landscape in a beautiful way.The healthy and delicious food ,along with the lovely serving by the staff members made the stay a wonderful experience.

Property location and facilities are good, staffs are very friendly and get you all support.. Food is very good, a callout to chef and staff for that!! The rooms need a bit more upkeep as it fall a bit short of expectation..

15k for 2 rooms (including tax). Why they are charging this much amount for 2 delux rooms. In last december, i booked 3 rooms in sterling munnar resort that cost 19k. Comparing to sterling munnr resort, gokulam park is nothing. we dont had hot water. staff told its due to no electricity for last many days. its not moeny worth.
