Review Of Mistica Munnar

It was a very good & nice stay. all rooms were as expected & shown in app pics. Hotel caretake was very polite & helpful.

I highly recommend Mistica Munnar because of its clean and comfortable rooms top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. Caretaker Jerin is very supportive.

The room was very small and congested and dusty. But bath room was neat and clean. Hot water is available. Remaining all facilities are good. But not worth to the money. And the property is located far from town so that for food and any eequirements we have to go out. There is no food arrangements and tbey dont have proper facility to for having food from there.

As per the owner, every room pic had a beautiful view of the munnar peaks. But we got a room towards the back of the house without any window! there was only a small balcony without any view whatsoever. Thoroughly disappointed. Pros: the owner jerin was very knowledgeable and knew everything about munnar's best places. Very frank and a friendly person. The room was clean although it had mosquitoes inside when we entered for the first time and we had to swat them all with our bare hands. The location is well placed far away from the hustle and bustle of the main munnar town and there are good restaurants 1km walk away. (we chose to dine in a gujrati mar-wadi bhojanalaya) i request people to visit munnar in jean when there's less crowd.

We went as a family and stayed at this property for 2 nights. It's located 15 kms away from munnar at anachal which also has some tourist attractions and good restaurants nearby. Property has a dedicated parking also. Property was neat and very cleanly maintained. Caretaker was courteous and responsive too. Overall a decent stay for the price you pay.

Very nice ambiance and sight view at balcony

It's a basic homestay with neat, clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms with decent facilities. The deluxe rooms are spacious and have balconies with a good view. Food can be ordered from a nearby restaurant that delivers good food (by munnar standards.

The place is a bit far from city centre. The food is not that good. Care taker jerin is really helpful.

The room is good and has all the basic facilities. You get a separate dining area. Calm and serene atmosphere. The owner mr. Jerin is a genuine and pleasant guy. Great experience.

It's good maintained rooms and hospitality is also very good. But view points not there that's why i gave 4 out of 5.

Stay was good. Room and services both was nice. However, i asked him for cab rates he told me certain amounts and then i searched online a bit and booked a cab on amount less than what he said.

The place was super neat and clean. The owner jerin is really nice person. He treated us not like guest who are just for two days, from food to everything he made sure we had a comfortable stay. He even shared detailed google maps route with stoppages to cover the maximum. If someone is travel-ling by own vehicle, they have secured parking. Even for the cab drivers they have place to freshen up.

It was a pleasant stay with my friends at Munnar. The location was good and the surrounding was peaceful. Staffs were cooperative. The rooms were relaxing and comfortable the facilities were up to the mark. The food was great, so the variety and quality were. Value for money stay.

In my life I didn't See anything like that hotel that was not meet clean bathroom was not need hopeless hopeless hopeless very hopeless
