My stay at this resort in Munnar was disappointing. There was no hot water available, which made the stay uncomfortable. The parking facility was very poor, and the road leading to the property was in bad condition, making it difficult to access. Additionally, the breakfast was served very late, which was inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the management improves these basic facilities.

View good and staff were good but rooms very small and not clean need to improve that

Hotel maintainenace is not good. Rooms were not spacious and tidy.its not worth for the amount they charged . No proper road facility to the hotel

Cockroaches roaming in bathroom, tiles are in peel off condition. Hot waters geyser having problems. We need to inform room service for all basic things requirement such as drinking water, toiletries etc. Roads are very narrow and only with own vehicle can be accessible. Scenery from room is super.

Location is good but difficult to reach. Food is average, basic amenities not expected to special, service is good

Each morning, i woke up to the sight of mist rolling over the hills, creating a magical and tranquil atmosphere. The accommodations were top-notch, combining modern comforts with rustic charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The large windows allowed me to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings, even from the comfort of my bed. The hospitality here was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the resort was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was homely. My stay at-was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning natural beauty, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations made it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway amid-st the tranquil tea plantations. I can’t wait to return!
