Naimithra Homestay

fantastic experience with Nai mithra. My family enjoyed the hotel and view points.

Rooms are not in a good condition, ventilation is not there at all. Beds are in too bad shape. Balcony also is not accessible as there is road construction going on so lots of dust is there. Nothing is there in and around the homestay, no food place or shops. Only good thing is that it is budget friendly. I will not recommend this homestay at all to anyone.

I was happy booking this property however it was a nightmare once I booked it. Right after the free cancellation date, I got a call from the caretaker named Pramod and he told me that due to some issues with electricity connection they won't be able to accommodate us in this property. He arranged another property and sent me few pictures for which I agreed. On probing and asking for more pictures, he said that he is going to share all the information and more pictures in the evening. He never responded and I had to follow up with him the next day. Now he shared the pictures of a third property which I questioned as it never matched with the second property. He kept ignoring my questions and I had no option except staying in the third property as I never had the time to book another property. He shared the phone of the caretaker of the third property and after that he never called to check whether I checked in or had difficulties finding the new property. Now I probed the caretaker of the new property who owned his shop near the property that I initially booked. He told me that Pramod has given the first property that I booked for somebody else probably for more money as he saw cars parked inside that property on the dates that I was supposed to stay. Pramod conned me to earn more money as it was Christmas and never bothered about his customer. He is a big time fraudster. In sharing the pictured of properties that were offered to me in sequence. I will never ever recommend this property especially to people who are traveling with their families. Such a terrible experience. Pramod you will get the taste of your own medicine someday. Thanks for nothing.
