The road to the resort was in bad shape, the parking was too congested. The room was not up to the mark compared to the cost for the same charges. There was no drinking water in the room, i told the same to the person in reception. He made a call to housekeeping, in front of me only. But even after one hour i didn’t get it and i had to call housekeeping directly to get it. Food was average. And the waiters were ok. But replenishing food, soup bowls, juice glasses, etc, at the buffet counter was not done properly. Sometimes we had to wait a few minutes to get a soup bowl, glass, or food items. American express card was not accepted, and i don’t know if they manage foreigners without accepting amex. 10 am checkout is one condition which i haven’t seen anywhere so far. Mostly it is 12 pm. Also, they provided me with a room which has a view of the resort's parking area only.
