It was good experience residing at this property.Ambience was awesome

Location is good. Everything seems good. But unfortunately I left my newly bought Ear pods costing in my hotel room. I called the hotel back. But they denied straight forward that they have not found any. it was a huge loss for me. Management need to focus on the staffs behavior and they should have taken stringent action. But they didn't even try. I have called many times to hear that they are busy. and a sense of carelessness was there.

Properties is very good. Also, staff are very supporting. Room is very cleanly and perfect..

Our stay at Vibe Munnar Resort was absolutely wonderful! The ambiance was awesome, and the hospitality made us feel truly special. The candlelight dinner was a beautiful surprise and added a romantic touch to our trip. Overall, it was a superb experience that we’ll always remember!

Ambience is very good. But, they even charge for a water bottle, which is the basic need they should provide free of cost. Rest is fine. Food is very good here. The view point is excellent.

Bad experience with reception staffs. Around 30 min we waited without any reason. And they provided bad rooms in their property.

Well maintained rooms and property as a whole. Location of the property is good with awesome views from balcony .. would recommend management to add more engaging activities especially in the late evening hours.

Great service by staff reception etc. Food was also great. But in most hotels snacks are free in room but its charged here, also in a misleading manner. Bath robes are not provided in rooms. Should be included. Also since construction was happening in the premises aesthetics were poor also our rooms view is soo pathetic we didn't even open the curtains to have a view of munnar.

Visited the property during the last week of September 2025.Property was almost occupied to the capacity owing to the long holidays.It was a pleasant stay here with excellent service.Resort is well maintained and very vibrant with excellent staffs.Restaurant though bit pricey offers excellent range of delicious food.Excellent pool but on the flip side the pool didn't seem like temperature controlled.Kids play area and other indoor activities may be improved.Overall highly recommended.

Excellent location on top of the hill. With a terrace pool and nice rooms. Staff was good and polite. Food was good too especially breakfast with ton of options. Overall had an excellent time at Vibe

This is our second visit to Vibe Munnar this year, and once again, we felt truly immersed in peace and joy. The staff’s behavior and dedication to their roles are truly admirable. There's a saying: “If you treat your employees well, they will ensure the success and growth of the employer,” and this perfectly reflects the management at this resort. From the front office to housekeeping, the restaurant, and security—all team members are highly cooperative and eager to assist. Their helpful attitude made our stay even more memorable. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service!

I visited the property with my family on the 26th of July, arriving around 3 PM from Thekkady with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. Upon arrival, the check-in process took unusually long, so we decided to have lunch at the restaurant. Afterward, we proceeded to the reception and were guided to our room, which had been booked in advance via MakeMyTrip. From the moment we began heading toward the room, we sensed something was off—we were led through multiple lifts and eventually taken to a basement-level room with a balcony facing a concrete wall and two areca palms. This was especially disappointing as we had specifically paid extra for a valley view balcony room during booking. We immediately expressed our concerns to the staff member who had escorted us, and she took us back to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager appeared reluctant to listen to our concerns and, after murmuring something to a colleague, left the area without addressing us directly. We were then advised to wait in the lobby—along with our 1.5-year-old baby—while alternatives were arranged. After repeated follow-ups, we were shown a few rooms, none of which matched our original booking criteria. Finally, around 5 PM, we were taken to a room on the 4th floor that was supposedly a valley view room, but it was closed for renovation. The room had unfinished paint on the ceiling and dusty carpets. Exhausted and with no other options, we reluctantly accepted the room after requesting proper housekeeping to make it somewhat presentable. Considering the amount we paid and the expectations set by the property listing, this experience was extremely disappointing and the service received was far from acceptable.
