Excellent property with excellent dining experience. Lots of amenities to cater to all ages. Highly recommended for families. Though a bit far from central Munnar there are a lot of things to do nearby. Exploring Munnar from here should be planned properly though.

Worst Experience,my room phone was not working from very first day i asked then to change it they never bother to look for it even calling them like 4 times and the manager in this hotel don’t have any idea what he will reply to the guest

The resort experience was great. The location and view was amazing, everything was neatly maintained from rooms, corridors and in around premise. Must stay place in Munnar

We stayed in Elephant passage resort for 3 nights in our Munnar trip. It was really beautiful resort with good infrastructure especially infinity swimming pool with huge trees surrounding the pool. Food was very delicious in buffet. Will definitely recommend...👍

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Excellent place to stay for a weekend. 4y old property surrounded by lot of trees with great room amenities and food.

Had a great one-night stay at Elephant Passage Resort. The staff were excellent—very friendly and welcoming. Service was top-notch and everything was well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

I was our second time in elephant passage.We had an excellent Stay with Great Food and the restaurant ambience is very good..They have Excellent Buffet breakfast and Dinner..Of course we will choose the same again

Beautifully landscaped property with delicious food and great service. Though the jacuzzi was in working condition, it was not properly maintained. The rooms are luxurious with splendid views of the mountains. Liked the privacy it offered

As this property is located on an uphill street hence they have their own cars for pick up and drop facility for the customers. Rooms were good and there were umbrellas as it was raining heavily both the days. The view from this property is just awesome. Food needs improvement rest everything was good.

The resort was extremely good and the room was super comfy. The only drawback is the entrance road to the resort was very steep and looked a little dangerous.

The service & the staff behavior was teriable. We booked a Jacuzzi room for 15k + Gst but the experience was horrible. We go to the restaurant for a soup & they behave us like theif. The restaurant manager & One Assami Guy's behavior was quiet unpleasant. After that the Jacuzzi was not working. The room is not justified according to the money as well as the service. I don't recommended this resort for anyone.
