This is my 2nd time staying here and it was even better . Special mention to staff courtesy and their breakfast spread. Will definitely visit again.

Our stay was truly delightful. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and attentive, especially Ms. Adyasha, Mr. Vipin, Mr. Rustam, Ms. Sanjana, and Mr. Santu, who made us feel very welcome with their humility and kindness. The food was excellent, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Excellent hospitality and the rooms was really upto the mark and worth the spent. Located not much far from Munnar town. Polite and helping staffs.

The hotel's unique offerings, including a captivating Kathakali performance and a guided nature walk, were highlights. A special thanks to Mr. Palani, whose energetic spirit made the walk truly memorable. ​The staff was incredibly supportive, and the food was a major standout—delicious and high-quality. The restaurant team, including Ms. Suchitra and Ms. Sanjana, were so sweet, and the chefs are exceptionally talented. The buggy service added a fun, unique touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic hotel.

Had a great time with family. Kids enjoyed their stay and facilities. Food and hospitality was top notch. Location was little far from Munnar and I couldn’t get that low temperature I was expecting. Everything else is great 👍🏻

Resort food, Ambience and friendly staff are great.But we had horrible experience while checkin delayed for 2 hours and other then that everything is perfect. Essentially their food was delicious and room experience is excellent and swimming pool was great also.
