Excellent Stay
One of the experience i had in my kerala trip , The property location was exceptional. Ambience, service & food was worth every penny. Would strongly suggest to try this property whenever you are in munnar.

Good Stay
Stay was good. Amenities in room were average. They got a good instagrammable spot for photos. Restaurant was also an average experience. It is not worth for the price paid for the stay.

I recently stayed at Haze and Kites, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush grounds, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and we were guided to our room, which was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony views were breathtaking. The resort offers a great mix of activities and relaxation. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby attractions, there was always something to do. The food was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options for every taste. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Haze and Kites exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Unforgettable Mini vacay ❤️
If I have to describe our stay in one word, it was “Serene”. Be it the rooms or the food, nothing disappointed us even a little bit. Main highlight was the staff, they were absolutely amazing, making sure all our needs were met. Especially even before we reached the hotel as I had planned a surprise candle light dinner for my husband. They went above and beyond to plan things and we were super happy with the outcome. If you want to experience a swim with the a breathtaking view in Munnar, this hotel is the best place! The infinity pool is the Cherry on top. Special thanks to Rahul and every other staff who made our stay unforgettable ❤️ Will surely visit again 😍

No view' from premium cottages. Restaurant service was pathetic. Food is so expensive and portion size not enough

Apt for a retreat out of busy city life
It was a pleasant retreat of 2 days. Food was good but overpriced otherwise the whole stay was pretty good.

Average Stay
The weather when we stayed here was not very cold. The property has stunning views of the mountains and valleys. The food was not great. butter chicken was spicy and tasted like fish curry. The infinity pool was awesome. Overall a nice place to stay but the weather and food was a let down.

Amazing expe
The ambience in the stay was amazing and the most exciting thing was the pool and view from the pool was fabulous. We had really enjoyed the variety of food they have provided for the breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we have thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

familyHaze and kites is a place i would suggest to anyone at any time. From the location to the ambience and the kind staff and scrumptious food, it sure was a joy to have stayed at such an amazing place. Rooms were well kept and clean and, more importantly, very comfortable. One thing i regret was that we reached the property late at night and wasn't able to enjoy the activities arranged. So, next time to enjoy the experience as a whole, checking in at the allotted time is a must. The swimming pool was well maintained, and the mountain view while swimming was heavenly. So, to conclude, haze and kites is a place that provides not only comfort like home in the middle of the forest but is a good therapy and gateway from all the hustles of daily strenuous life.
