Excellent location , food was good , facilities would need a bit of renovation, there is a very nice private waterfall within the property Overall it was a good vacay

maintenance very bad 👎🏼.The price to be paid is not worth it so I wouldn't recommend this resort.

Stay and ambience was super but the food is very expensiive and not that great. We booked jacuzzi suite ant it was not working properly.

We had a wonderful stay at Elixer hill. The staff were courteous. The food served was excellent. The main highlight of our stay was the trek to waterfalls within the property.

Me and my friend booked their jacuzzi room and we had issues in both are rooms. Hot water was not coming in both the rooms. Water was dripping right above the toilet seat which was later addressed after 3-4 hours of check-in. In one of the rooms round pillows were missing which is not provided until now while i write the review. Lamp next to the bed was not covered die to which we cannot light up as the light was coming directly on our eyes. Bed curtains were missing in one of the room

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring.The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax and soak up the sun We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, making it a great place to stay for our vacation

Very bad experience, The staff response and attitude is very bad, most of the time electricity was not there, Breakfast only veg, nothing special, Room service, even they don't have coffee 😀

The place is not a 5 star property. They have damp rooms, provide worn-out towels and is definitely not worth the premium they charge. Been to better properties in Munnar that have better offering. The rooms do not have an aircon or a heater. Food was medicore and overpriced. Not a lot of food options nearby either. The property does have a lot of walking space and has greenery and it's good if that is all you're after.

The location is very remote place and the property is good but less maintained , food is little expencive but taste good ,staff is well belaved and very helpfull , but still didnt fell like the wort for that money

Stayed at Elixir Hills, Munnar expecting a peaceful and luxurious staycation, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The property is undoubtedly beautiful and set in a serene location, but the service was extremely underwhelming. We faced frequent electricity issues, which disrupted our stay and relaxation. To make things worse, the staff seemed unbothered and unresponsive, showing a clear lack of hospitality and customer care. For a place that claims to be premium, such basic issues shouldn't arise. Would recommend management to seriously work on improving service quality. Not worth the price if basic comforts and courteous service are missing.

The property was amazing and it is well built, but it is not maintained well. This is mentioned as five star property, but it is not at all getting any services like that.

I stayed here during the rainy season, and it turned out to be the perfect escape. The rooms were exceptionally quiet — just the sound of soft rain tapping against the windows made it feel like a retreat from the noise of daily life. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and even in the drizzly weather, it felt peaceful to sit nearby with a book or just take in the misty surroundings. Food was another highlight. Each meal was fresh and flavorful, with enough variety to keep things interesting throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a calm, cozy spot to unwind — especially during rainy weather — this place is a hidden gem.

Hotel is not maintained at all, wifi was very slow, no hot water , food was terrible. I can keep on going about the negatives. Only thing that was good was staff hospitality
