The trip was too good. My daughter loved it very much. The swimming pool, especially the infinity pool was the best. The hospitality was too good. The overall loved the trip very much.

Condescending, Insensitive and Passive aggressive Front
The staff Mr Bibin at the Hotel front desk is condescending , insensitive and passive aggressive person who instead of helping in smooth checkin and finding solution after a 100+ km journey through the mountains with kids , citing rule and law . It is not what he said , but how he handled the situation was terrible

Average Stay
It’s not a 5 star as such when it comes to amenities. Not fully worth the price paid. Best part is the view which was breath taking.

Good Stay
The best part of my visit was definitely the view – it was beautiful and very relaxing to wake up to every morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, few things could be improved, like sitting arrangements in the breakfast area. Accessibility to the room is a bit tricky, especially in the rainy season.

The location of the property is not nice because it is attached with local shops, The food was good with both the options available for both vegetarian and non vegetarian eaters, i feel suffocated in the room due to non availability of any ventilation. T

Fantastic views. Serene. Well maintained. Courteous Staff. Connectivity with rooms using multiple lifts is the only minor issue, but take it in stride and enjoy.

Beautiful property
The rooms are good, view is excellent. Food was okay and manageable . It’s a beautiful property to be visited on seasons.

Good Stay
Fragrant Nature is a nice option to stay in Munnar. I trusted the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Check-in was swift and we got a room upgrade too. View from the property is nice, rooms are as they appear in the pics - bright and neat, buffet breakfast (Veg) was nice. Hotel staff (security, reception, restaurant and room service) were all very helpful and attentive.

Location is excellent with a breathtaking view of the valley with the very well maintained garden area.staffs are very courteous.food n other services is also good.may be they can improve on kids playing area

good experience
familySo the rooms and property is as good as shown in the pictures but the service was very slow, which i guess was mostly due to full house of the season , the rooms and balconies are beautifully kept but the building needs more maintenance. The food was average in taste but options were enough. We also payed for a tea plantation tour which was very informative and the plantation was right behind the hotel! The guide was sweet and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience but still too pricey for the stay

familyIt was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The view from the balcony of the room is so beautiful. Its a wonderful experience and services provided were also good. Arpita at the reception helped in smooth checkin snd also showed great skills of hospitality. Highly recommended for munnar stay.
