family with 1 kidstayed for 2 days on family vacation..hotel is nice..cleanly maintained with all necessary amenities..only thing that hotel is 14 kms away from munnar..you must have your own vehicle..rest breakfast staff ambience was good...it's 4 star property at very reasonable price..

Location is ok. Near to highway. Compare to rate value for money is not ok. Service also not good.

Pathetic service
familyRoom size and cleanliness is average. Main concern we had is service. Location is the only advantage. It is near to adimali town.

Peaceful place
familyThis place is very peaceful and the staff was very good. Although there are not many entertainment options here like a pool or play area, if you are looking for a calm stay inside your room this can be your choice.

Terrible Stay
Its built on outskirts of munnar hills. Breakfast was terrible @ taste. It wasn’t buffet. Its not at all value for money.

Average Stay
Pros: location and location only. Cons: starting from the staff attitude. They need training for customer handling. Bedspread had stains requested for replacement. Laundry bag, chappals, dental kit, iron box are missing in room. Laundry bags available only after 8:30 am, rest of the requested items never arrived. Restaurant people don't know about the cost of the buffet.

One of the best stay in adimali
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Nice stay, good place
groupHotel is nice but far from main town of munnar. Service need to improve. Rooms are good, but bathrooms are small. Need maintenance in rooms.

Worst experience
familyOne of the worst stay. Worst hospitality and staff doesn’t know anything here. Booked suite room with zero facilities. No landline connection no tissue not clean. We ordered food and plates food items came missing and plates also informed staff waited for half an hour and we went down the staff says he forgot. So in total worst experience

Not worth the money spent
While the rooms were clean and the property is ok, there was no charm in staying here. The location is very off with nothing to do around as it was a good 1 hour drive from munnar town. The restaurant was only average with very limited options with no buffet. The cart outside had some great snack options though. Overall, not work 5k per night at all.

The hotel is 24 km away from munnar, the rate was reasonable and the stay was pleasant with nice ambiance
