The hotel is well maintained. The room and bathroom are clean. Very satisfied with the stay. Very near to the KSRTC, Munnar Bus Stand.

Everything is good except hot water facility. There is no room heater available. Room is in well condition.

Their food was of low quality Expected to get chicken Biriyani when ordered but was served chicken pulav . Wow

Location ok but service average and inside room is not ok. Found many issues like toiletry facilities are not good. Car parking is not enough as per room. Water they gave one bottle per room that is not enough.

The staff are Tamil and well behaved. But the hotel is in a busy area. In the room where my family and I stayed, there was a leak in the flesh tank, so the noise affected our sleep. Overall, it was okay.

The room was decent, remember there is no view of any hills or valley and the hotel is surrounded by buildings only. The room give an good feel but there are time limits to when we will get the hot water. Also my compliments goes to the Restaurent staff and chef, the food was 10/10 and the staff was so helpful and friendly they would do reminders calls to out room for breakfast and dinner. Over all experience amazing would definitely stay again.

Food is not a good, hotel manager is not good he is looking only money, other staff is very good and polite. If I asked to manager I am getting on same room booking at 1600 after he backend side mean admin level he removed the rate this price and he said check now then I have again checked in MMT then that booking is not showing. Then he said I will give you in 2000 final price. This is a scam right? Other services and location is also good. Next day I have booked from MMT same room then I got in only 1733.

Room is small, there is no bed light, no hot water for 24 hrs, only on timing, there is ketle for hot water, location is good & clean, only 1 bottle water bottle for 2 person so its not normale, food is not so good, parking is limited places only

If i say to reception i will book from mmt then he said no room available and if i more amount then he is ready to room allocation
