it was good experience at the leaf hotel. room are very much spacious & well maintained. staff is all user friendly. food experience is little low as it has more varieties of non veg then veg & same kitchen.

Property was very nice with excellent landscape . We had a wonderful time at leaf resort. The food was delicious, the service was very good and the staff were warm and friendly throughout our stay. It’s a clean, family friendly place with a peaceful vibe. Highly recommended for families!

I recently stayed at leaf resort, which is located outside munnar town. The climate was relatively mild and not as cool as one might expect from the munnar region. Unfortunately, the resort doesn’t offer any remarkable views, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the setting lacked the scenic charm usually associated with munnar.

The location of the resort is little far from the centre of Munnar and the last couple of kms is a bad stretch of road. Apart from location, I found everything to be great. The resort is well maintained with courteous and helpful staff. The amenities are good and I found the place to be calm and peaceful. Food can be improved

We stayed at The Leaf Hotel for 3 nights and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The property is located about 30 minutes away from Munnar town, but unfortunately, the location lacks scenic views like tea estates, which is one of the main reasons people visit Munnar. We had requested to cancel 2 nights and shift to another resort with better views, but the hotel refused, citing that the full payment was made in advance. This was quite inflexible and disappointing. The hotel claims to be a 5-star property, but the experience was far from it. The food was average, and both the buffet breakfast and dinner had very limited items with hardly any variety. The service was generally poor, and some facilities were still under construction. The swimming pool had excess chemicals, which caused eye irritation. Overall, the hotel charges 5-star rates but provides a service and experience that doesn’t even meet 3-star standards. Definitely not value for money.

The stay is very comfortable. Location is superb and Hospitality is very gud.We thoroughly enjoyed the stay with our family.

Had booked two leaf family room villas. As far as the service is concerned I don't have any complaints. From housekeeping to restaurant everything was good. Even the response to any issue is really commendable. The only deterrent is the road to the resort which is in horrible condition. Although the resort is no way responsible for this but as visitors this is something which really marred our experience so much that we did not go out the last day as we could not endure such pathetic road conditions. Also it's quite far from the main city and driving through this road combined with the maddening traffic added to our woes. Rest everything is very good.If you are planning to stay only at the resort without travelling then go for this. It's a really nice resort with all amenities.
