Review Of VICEROY LUXURY MOUNTAIN RESORT AND SPA

I recently stayed at Viceroy Luxury Mountain resort for 2 days. I had a very good experience staying inbetween mountains. Room: It was so neat and clean. Also the ambience of hotel is excellent. Service: Staffs are so friendly and approachable also well educated. They were so helpful in all my requirements. Amenities: I really enjoyed Food, especially with the view of food court surrounded by mountains and water falls. Pool, gym, indoor games all were well maintained. Location: It is highlight of the hotel where you have clear 180 degree of the surroundings. Overall Experience: Its superb and awesome. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit and feel the experience atleast once.

Terrible experience with the stay as the wifi and AC was not functioning for the whole day. Food taste and variety in the breakfast was average. Cottage booked was down the clif and the slope was steep , one can not stay in cottages if he/she is not physically fit or is and elderly. Mountain and valley view is not prominent, one can book a better hotel or resort at this price at a better location and height.

It was a beautiful experience staying at Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort and Spa, the scenic views and the pool overlooking the cloudy Mountains was a dream come true. We also loved the food served by chef Baboothy! I would recommend 10/10.

Location is peaceful. 17km from Munnar which is a minor issue. Food is good. Cottage is covered with jungle to sometimes insects might get inside the room.

It was an amazing experience staying at Viceroy.. Great property with a lot of plantations. We had a premium suite with Jacuzzi and valley views. All the room amenities were fabulous including balcony view, room interior, jacuzzi, etc. The food was delicious. The staff was too cooperative. Small but well maintained game zone. The swimming pool was average but considering the entire property it was a great stay

It was amazing trip and stay in Moonar Staffs are helpful and meeting their hospitality standards,, front desk people really great with their smile and warm welcome , very good over all Room cleanliness was awesome and view is is wonderful

My overall stay was amazing—clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, helpful staff, and a beautiful mountain view. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. Every service provided by the hotel exceeded expectations. However, one concern I’d like to highlight is about the situation for drivers. I had booked a rental car, and unfortunately, the driver wasn’t provided any food or even water during our stay—no lunch, dinner, or breakfast. Since there are no nearby hotels or shops in the area, it was quite difficult for him to manage. The hotel parking was also outside the premises, making it hard to communicate or reach out. I wasn’t informed of this issue by either the driver or hotel, so I couldn’t help at the time. While this didn’t affect my personal experience, I do hope the hotel can consider making basic arrangements for drivers in such remote locations. That would make the overall experience even better for all guests and their support staff.

The hotel location and view were stunning making a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The rooms are clean and well maintained and with friendly staff unfortunately food was major let down the quality and high pricing for the food is disappointing. Taste was below expectation

As per website outdoor activities including cycling and jungle safari, but there were no such activities available at property and the food was average.
