Poor cleanliness and bathrooms were not maintained. You cannot connect a hair dryer or a steam iron to any sockets because the electrical points can’t handle the voltage leading to a short circuit.

Room smells and super bad quality, very bad hotel deserves -1, the staff is also half asleep and there washroom stinks and leaks.

The curtain did not open properly. The Internet 🛜 was so slow . The 🔌charger did not work properly

GOOD HOTEL AT R.A. PURAM AREA IN CHENNAI OTHER PROPERTIES ARE FAR AWAY. WAS ON BUSINESS TRAVEL HENCE STAYED FOR ONE DAY ONLY

First of all it's on renovation event hough they gave us rooms at second floor. no maintenance no proper room service ...restaurant at ground floor cover with dust. Water leakage from AC. worst experience.

Room was good but there is only ac and no fan and one more thing is that after spending too much of amount of close to 4k for a studio room they even didn't give us complimentary breakfast.... Just a water bottle was given as complimentary

Food was not available, only breakfast with very limited options. Property location is very good. But the recent one ways by the Transportation Department is a huge pain and is leading to an extra 20 minutes from RA Puram to Rathna Nagar Annai Salai. Service staff is very helpful.

Bugs in the room under bed and sofa. Very untidy room. Too many mosquitos coming from the bathroom.

The hotel is at a superb location but poorly kept and maintained. It doesn’t meet the standards of a 3 star in terms of the staff which is maintaining it. The upkeep of rooms is also poor.

Worst stay. Not recommended for family. Don’t go with kids or elder people. I won’t recommend to anyone

Very well maintained rooms and ample space. Great staff support and the location is positioned very well with connectivity to travel, food, etc.

The rooms were neat and breakfast was excellent.

For the money the room facilities are bad. We take a package for free breakfast. But the breakfast is average with out a tea! the room is not well maintained there were dust on the chair, table lamp. Stains on chair. For 2 adults they provided a towel. Staff is cooperative and polite. Service is good. For the money it is "2" bad.

Very poor service. Breakfast brought from outside restaurant. You carry your luggage from room to the road yourself.
