breakfast service is not good & I'm waiting last 1 hours but food person not available

food not served on time and no options available. no WiFi and battery backup.

She is the hotlist near to the marriage hall booked the hotel for my family. But I found that the service is very poor. I saw only 1 receptionist 1 restaurant person 2 cleaner during my whole stay. The rooms are ok but not worth for the money. No complementary breakfast. Food was ok but costly. U can book for emergency purpose only

Accommodation is all good, but the room AC controllers are to be replaced.

Worst experience with this hotel .. very very poor service and room .. AC not working and TV not working.. no staff for handling the customer.. really disappointed about this service... poor dining service.. poor quality of food .. once you enter the response from the incharge was poor

Worst. Not worth it. Manager Mr. Ranjit cheated us and charged me for an extra room. Not room service was provided.

Hotel is good, especially the rooms. There are no nearby good hotels, making it the better. Only problem i faced is with respect to finding the transport facility because the vehicles more in the main track of road and there is small road between the main road and hotel making it difficult to pick vehicle near hotel. If we require transport, we need to travel few distance by walking and then find vehicle

my stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. the rooms were in a deplorable state; they were unclean and poorly maintained. additionally, there was no room service available, which meant i had to go down to the restaurant myself to pick up my food and plates. to make matters worse, we experienced frequent power outages lasting for about five hours, leaving me feeling extremely uncomfortable and hot. despite reminding the housekeeping staff multiple times, my room was never cleaned during my stay. overall, my experience was unfortunate. i would describe it as a nightmare – perhaps the worst hotel experience i have ever encountered.

The property was a little old but well maintained and clean. The restaurant is available only from 8 AM.

they have two properties one hotel and another one is to rooms but they charged for me hotel room but only i got room is very bad condition un clean don’t provide paste & brush also.

Very worst hospitality. Air conditioner is not working properly tv is not working bathroom are in very worst condition nothing is related as shown in booking. Simply loss of money. cheating by showing old photos while booking. Food is very limited not worth for money. For dinner they only serves fried rice and for break fast only mini tiffin.
