Large rooms, great food but lacking service
Rooms size - great! Room facilities can be improved. Even the TV is not a smart TV which is a basic in today’s world. Great breakfast & delicious food by the chef. Basic services are really lacking - housekeeping really needs to improve, no standardisation. Location slightly outside the city but Chandigarh roads are easy to travel, so not a major concern.

absolutely unprofessional behavior
We sat in the coffee shop to meet some people, ordered 4 cups of coffee, and requested them to bill the room being in-house guests and we shall pay while checking out, unfortunately they denied and different people came to ask for the bill at least 5 times, disturbing us during our meeting time and again till we paid the bill . Seriously terrible treatment, not even a local coffee shop will not behave in this manner. Think twice before anyone books lalit and above that before ordering anything.

The stay was comfortable. Rooms were gud. The food especially in room dining did not meet expectations despite clearly stating what was needed. They can improve a lot on food quality

The property needs an upgrade. The room has large panoramic window to have a view of the forest, but the windows were not clean and were permanently fogged offering no view for which they charge extra. Furniture can also be upgraded. Mattresses were little too saggy for my preference

The property is excellent, however there are a few points that did not make the stay as comfortable as it was expected to be. Firstly the room windows were very dirty even though we received a hill facing room but the view could have been better had the windows been clean regularly. secondly a room was next to the banquet hall where there was a party going on due to which there was loud noise of singing and music which disturbed us till 4 in the morning. do hotel was kind enough to give us a complimentary cake to celebrate my wifes birthday

Terrible Stay
The room that we got (418) not up to the mark. It was right next to the lift lobby. Anyone getting out of the lift had clear view to our bed. Especially if the lights were on inside and it was dark outside. To top it all ne of the blinds was also not working . I did ask for them to change the room however they were fully booked so that didn’t happen. Me and my husband were there for the weekend and it total spoiled it for us. U don’t think this room must be ever allotted to a couple. Quite disappointing.

Hotel rooms are very noisy, lobby noisy clearly filters into the room and room service carries around a very shabby trolley jumping around rattling which makes your afternoon nap impossible. Food is good but quite expensive as per standard.

Everything was great but lounge experience could have been better. We were the only ones there in the lounge and service could have been better. Drinks mentioned on the menu were not available and service took eternity.
