Rayyan Business Class Hotel

Nothing bad.. the reception was not responsive a bit rude but they did help me with some printouts.. dosent have a restaurant and not much options outside near by. The the place needs a clean up and make over. but the property is a bit old and congusted.

The location is very near to the us consulate. But they wont provide you even with drinking water

don't go by the photos. it's entirely different. not neat and don't even considered to be a star hotel.

Good property stayed there for a night.Location is good but not a business class ..comfortable stay near to consulate

Bathroom should’ve been more clean. New bed sheets without stains. The bedboard had a blood of a mosquito/ fly killed. Overall Average. Could be cleaner.

There was no water at room. Mineral water was provided at extra cost. There was no hot water available for bath.

Room was small for a 2-bed room. a toilet duct was in the middle of the room, dividing the room into two. toilet was big, though. no restaurant was there, no arrangement of even breakfast.

It’s good place nearby us consulate. There is a subway nearby so that you can reach there by walking only five minutes. Food i not tested because most of the time i was moving to different places. Staff members are too good. Good serving staff.

The stay was terrible rooms were smelling weird the washroom was dirty there was no staff to help out the guests overall worst experience

Ac was not working properly bathroom was unclean shower was not working intercom was dead there was no complementary mineral water bottle in the room. They charged extra for the same. Not at all recommended for business traveler

Hotel rooms are good, hygienic and the staff are courteous. Location is also good. I didn't know about food service since i did not order any food.

Do not go for this hotel, they are not giving you a rooms which you booked, and services are zero, manager is also horrible.

The room was very small for the price, but the service was okay.

No Hot Water, Odd smell coming in the room, Ac is not maintained lot of noise, Bed sheets are not clean, no flexibility in check-in and check-out time, no food. Hotel is surviving only because of location what is 2 mins walk from consulate general.

Good beds, near bathrooms and corridors, better than near by hotels in same area. Hotel can improve on checkin experience saw little slow.

Good room, but everything else was so shabby. The phone was not working and i had to go to the reception every time to ask for water or other essentials. The receptionist is a good and kind person but sadly the hotel is not being managed properly.

Location. Area cogested. Food. Zomato supply facility available. Good room ok, but bathroom old looking and not satisfactory. Exhaust facility to be improved.

Cooperative staff. Good house keeping

Stay was pleasant. Very convenient to travel embassy for visa interview.
