Me and my family (10 adult and 5 children’s) stayed at Ramada for Vaishno Devi Darshan. It was a very good stay for all of us. Ambience, staff, food and services all were very good. They guided us how to reach bhawan. Drop facilities also free till Baan Ganga.

Our recent stay at Ramada, Katra was truly wonderful. From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth and comforting. The room was impeccably clean and hygienic — just what you need after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention to the food — absolutely delicious and satisfying! And the spa experience was the cherry on top — so relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind after the Darshan. The property was wonderful, the staff was so good, location was awesome, the best part was it was located in the centre of the city and u can reach the station, market, Niharika bhawan in just a minute and i must tell you about Food it was not the best its the bestest one and the staff who was catering to us in morning buffet they are really superb.... i wish i come next time and stay here

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including [Wi-Fi / air conditioning / a mini fridge / kettle / etc.]. The bed was very cozy, and I slept peacefully throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Situated on Station Road in central Katra—just a short walk from the railway station, main market, and convenient shuttle access to Banganga and Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage points. The restaurant/breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and delicious with a good variety of options. The service at the restaurant was also excellent. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Ramada to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service. It offers great value for money and makes for a relaxing stay.
