Vivanta Jammu City Centre

I stayed at Vivanta Jammu for 3 days. The Vivanta Jammu City Centre is located at a decent and convenient location, close to all the major markets in Jammu city, which was a big plus. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the washrooms were satisfactory. The overall ambience was average—not particularly impressive, but not disappointing either. However, the biggest letdown was the food experience. If your booking includes lunch or dinner, be prepared for a very limited and repetitive menu. Throughout my 3-day stay, the included meals offered the same set of dishes every day, which quickly became monotonous. There was no variety or flexibility in the options provided, which is something the Vivanta Jammu City Centre should seriously consider improving, especially for guests staying more than a day. Overall, while the Vivanta Jammu City Centre is good in terms of cleanliness and location, the dining experience needs significant enhancement to match the expectations from a brand like Vivanta.

I had a very pleasant stay at Vivanta Jammu. I would especially like to acknowledge the restaurant staff Mansi, Komal, Tanshu, Ujla, Manjula, and Lokesh — for their exceptional service and hospitality. A special mention goes to Mansi, who consistently went out of her way to check on us and offer different food options. She even arranged special dishes upon request, making our dining experience truly memorable. I had a very pleasant stay at Vivanta Jammu. Very good experience to stay Vivanta . Good ambiance, breakfast and dinner was very good. Every one was soo polit and helpful one of the comfort place in jammu . highly recommendable . Will come again soon 🙏

Hotel location surroundings not that great. Car entrance to reception congested. While food was ok, buffet lacked variety. Staff was very courteous and amicable. Rooms were comfortable.

The best part was the elaborate buffet breakfast. The staff was quite cooperative and cordial. The rest of the stuff was as befits this category of Vivanta Jammu City Centre.

Nice location , good clean rooms and good food swimming pool is on roof and a bit small , bar and restaurant are really good.
