Excellent stay! This is a new hotel and is made with a vision to provide top notch service with very comfortable room arrangements. A special mention to the location, which is fantastic if you enjoy staying within a bustling and colourful local market. Transport to all parts of the city and beyond just few steps away! Exceptional food, prepared with a homemade touch and customized according to your need. Overall, very very nice experience and will definitely stay here whenever in Jammu.

1. AC rooms are comfortable & Cozy with hot running water. Linen is clean & fresh. 2. Location is great, near the main market and the famous Temple. 3. Facilities of Dining, Food & Room service are available.

clean rooms and cordial staff members with a location next to Raghunath Mandir which is a great plus as the food options nearby this hotel is amazing.

Parking arrangement are far from hotel. there is no valet service. room is decent but small. during my stay, hot water service was not functioning. after complaining about the same, they neglected it.

The location of this hotel is excellent—right in the middle of the market and only about 100 meters from Raghunath Temple. The luxury rooms are a bit small, but they come with all the necessary amenities. Wi-Fi is available and works well. The staff is very decent and always ready to assist with whatever you need. Special thanks to Mr. Pawan for his helpful support, and Mr. Amit, who knows the best Hindu kitchens nearby and arranges delicious food deliveries whenever required. Now, a couple of concerns: Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, but it is permitted on the terrace. This policy is actually good for your health. However, the terrace is a little unsafe since there are no boundary grills. It’s better to avoid going there, especially if you’ve had a bit too much fun. Overall, a very good stay with excellent service and a prime location.

Clean & nice rooms with great service. Their manager's hospitality was warm & welcoming. Highly recommended property in Jammu. Value for money.

Service was very poor and People were intruding the privacy, and receptionists were very rude . Will not recommend any one for this hotel

Stay at Hotel saarya was excellent, room which I got was no lesser then any 5 star property room, bedding , AC quilt was of high quality, washroom was equipped with modern sanitary fitting , newly build, staff and management was very friendly and courteous, got the opportunity to meet in person Mr Sumit jandyal, he is true gentleman. For official meeting had to go from city centre to Jammu industrial area, but taxi didn’t reach on time , Mr Jandyal offered me to drop in his personal vehicle, highly appreciated gesture and my best wishes to staff and management of hotel saarya.

Every thing is good, room size is lil small
