1)Grand welcome by receptionist at Hotel Imperial as if he was waiting for us. 2) No formality only 1 person adhar card then ok 3) Food was served at extra cost it was fine. 4) Room was fine and wash room was excellent 5) We were happy to stay at Jammu on 1st April 2025 night

It was a good stay. Location is excellent with respect to food ( m. Darbar &talab khatika nearby) & vehicle/taxi availability. Room was ok although i saw an uninvited guest (mouse) just once. Room was clean and ac was also ok. Toilet flush was not working, need to fix it. Otherwise bathroom was ok. In nutshell, an ok stay.

I will not recommend any one to stay, room is very dirty & stinky. There was no room service in hotel, even no telephone was there to call reception, they do not have kitchen so you will not get food.
