The place is nearby the wave mall stretch, The Radisson Blu Jammu has a good ambiance inside out, The entrance you are greeted well and moved to the lobby welcome drinks await the guests, The checkin is smooth, The rooms are clean well maintained and comfortably spacious. The Bathrooms are clean and well lit with all the amenities present on arrival. Any requests are one phone call away either from the room or the bathroom itself carries a separate phone line. Breakfast is the popular attraction loads of variety enough for everyone. Room service is prompt and so far the overall experience has been great. Looking forward for more stays.

The Radisson Blu Jammu location is good, the lobby and overall ambience seem welcoming. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. Connecting to wi-fi was quite a challenge. The front desk/reception need to be more attentive and available for customer request/calls. The service should be more pro-active. The food at the restaurant is well set, offering some local delicacies. Breakfast spread was also good.

Location, food, and all amenities are excellent, but I booked in business class category and while checking in, the room provided was not up to the mark as per business class category. On raising my issues to the reception, they changed the room and that was good.
