My recent stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Jammu was highly disappointing and far below the expected standards of your brand. The room condition reflected a clear lack of maintenance and attention to detail. The door lock panel was broken and temporarily fixed with tape, the liquid soap dispenser was empty, and the hair dryer was non-functional. There was no proper shower — only a hand shower with very poor pressure and clogged holes, along with a broken stand that made it inconvenient to use. Additionally, the sugar sachets provided seemed old and hardened, indicating poor quality control. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant and not aligned with the reputation Lemon Tree Hotels generally carry. I will seriously reconsider staying here in the future and would not recommend this property to others unless significant improvements are made.
