Shivalik Hills

Property was under renovation and under staffed .they should have mentioned it on site. We tried two rooms ,Bathroom were hopeless . Rooms are spacious and staff was cooperative . But they need to get renovation completed before posting properly for stay . Location is very good .

There is not food in house facility. Not even tea and coffee. T.V is not working.

location was convenient. Food lacked variety. Amenities so-so. Services average. everything had to be asked for and waiting was a coming phenomenon

1) There was no tap water in the morning. Nobody attended it and we had to leave the hotel without bathing. 2) AC was not working. Couldn't sleep properly whole night as it was making noise as well. 3) tv was not working

Location is 5 min walk to Jammu Tawi Railway station. food was excellent and delicious. Basic amenities was good.

Washroom are in very bad condition. TV was not working even fan was not working. Only lobby and resection was good looking

Location is good. The taps and sanitary fittings require maintenance. No lift facility, being a small hotel.

Stay was too bad

Room not up to the mark.According to picture shown , actual room was so small. I booked a deluxe room and they gave me a standard room. No cupboard not any water bottle and none of the amenities rather then towel.

There are no facilities like kitchen, washroom also not proper clean, sleeping blankets, also dirty

It was good and pleasant stay at shivalik hills. Staff was friendly. Abhishek, rohit and gulshan helped us a lot.

No running water in the morning. Dirty bed sheets, no toiletries.

Location is good. But services are extremely poor. They don’t have a kitchen. No tea, no arrangements for heater etc, nothing provided in room. You have to run around for basic amenities also.

The stay was nice rooms are perfect but their room service are pathetic very slow. Connectivity to city is also perfect.
