I had a very Pleasant & Enjoyable Stay, Excellent Hospitality and Food. Employees were very helpful and supportive. The Hotel is located in a very beautiful and calm surrounding. Good swimming pool along with gym and a very good spa.

The service quality is pathetic with very few staff to manage the load of having 100% occupancy ..the staff are overloaded with work ..there were no towels in rooms , room allocation was very late ⏰

Stayed in Premium cottage for 2 nights. Food: Average. Not much variety in food. Taste was average. Lunch closes at 3:30 pm. High Tea was pathetic. Location: Bit far away from city but hotel provided complimentary cab. Facility: Cottage room was spacious and clean. Room service was poor. Gaming area was non functional. There were monkeys in cottage balconies.

service was terrible. hotel is situated in outskirts and hotel do not have taxi arrangements...guests have to wait and then at last they always say that due to traffic taxi could not come. food which is written in menu is not available when u order it. staff is incompetent. they dont know wats going on in the hotel.

I stayed at this 5-star property for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel boasts a beautiful, expansive campus with lush green gardens that add to its charm. The game room was enjoyable, though a few machines were not functioning. The swimming pool was well-maintained and inviting. While the hotel is located a bit away from the main town, the serene environment makes it worth the distance. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, though dinner had comparatively fewer choices, and a lunch buffet was not available during our stay. The shuttle service to Katra was not very prompt and could use better coordination. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with several highlights, though there’s room for improvement in a few areas.

Lack of service is abysmal. Didnt even bother to offer water bottle after my darshan and when i asked for it i was completely ignored for 10minutes after which i even spoke to the receptionist and still they could be less bothered.

The Stay was quite comfortable. Special shoutout to Gulshan who ckecked us in . He briefed us beautifully about how to go about the yatra, keeping in mind even the minute details. The pick up and drop from the hotel to the RFID stations was also seamless. The reception staff is really warm and courteous. The Dining department can definitely do much better. No Tea for breakfast for a start. The food was strictly average. The restaurant service was quite average too and Room service, I have to say was poor. The Masala Chai that you order might take about 40 mins or might not arrive at all. The staff in the restaurant were also quite self involved. Some changes are definitely adviced as far as the restaurant is concerned.

Pick and drop is included in my package high tea is also there but they don’t provide us they have only 1 cab from pick up and drop we told them 1 day prior ve need cab for tomorrow at 2 pm but unfortunately they say cab is busy
