Food is great. Location is at the heart of city. Facilities - limited staff at Spa, Swimming Pool is not maintained, Room view is not too great. TV is not in front of Bed . One has to sit on Sofa to watch TV .

Com hotel property is located at the prime place from where we can view the divine maa Vaishno devi mountain .The best part what I like is the Arti ritual followed by the staff it’s commendable . The staff present there has been very cooperative and their hospitality is great . The food is delicious, I extremely enjoyed every item served . Kudos to the cheff 👍. Stayed at welcom itc katra for two days n the whole staff was very awesome. Food was also yummy. But in washroom there was one large towel although we were two members and liquid handwash was not there room service was good n the front desk staff and pentry staff was very nice but no staff was there for my car cleaning rest all fine. We came to know about itc from one of my friend and located property via google.

We had a very comfortable two nights stay at itc katra. We got a warm welcome and check in was comfortable. We got upgraded to deluxe room though our booking was standard room. And the staff was very warm and cordial. The breakfast buffet both the days was tasty. The spa facilities are also very good. We had a nice spa and kajal did a good job. Overall an excellent stay. We loved the valley view from the hotel. Thanks.
