They have a wonderful property but over time it has deteriorated and needs severe maintenance. Everything was sort of ok but the real miss-out was the effectiveness & efficiency of Air-conditioner. Since it was a relatively cooler day we managed using the ceiling-fan. Some section in common area has foul smell due to dampness.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are in terrible state, hygiene is not there in the rooms, outside room leakage, buffet service is not there as occupancy is low. Raddiaon needs to spend on the renovations

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, comfy, and had a great view. Staff were super friendly and helpful, went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Highly recommend, can't wait to come back! 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give it 10 if I could 😊

The only good thing is location otherwise very average hotel in terms of service. Quality of linen was bad, ACs were switched off in common area, Food was of average quality, rooms furniture was very old, charges for child milk which is complimentary in even 3 star hotels. Not sure why this is in 5 star category and charge so high? Property needs proper renovation. Thanks!

The hotel from out side looks ok, but in the middle of night light went off and it was not switched on for more than 30 mins. There was suffocation in the room. The mattress on the bed was teared down. The AC was not cooling at all. It is very bad of Radisson to this kind of experience to customer .

1.Hotel rooms were not so clean and AC was also not working properly 2. In the evening all hotel looks like a haunted house as they switched off the all lights in the corridors 3. food is good 4. Location is little far away from the market you must come by your own transport 5. backyard of the hotel is good

AC of the room was not working as it’s Radisson chain it should always maintain their brand name . Toilets had so bad smell . Beds were uncomfortable even pillows were broken fridge were so dirty. We asked for extra bed that was also in bad shape. Overall I never felt as I am staying Radisson hotel .

I stayed at Hotel White House, Katra for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel was average—not too bad, but not very good either. One major disappointment was the outdoor lighting. The hotel looks very dull in the evening and at night because none of the decorative lights were turned on. This really affects the ambiance, especially when you expect a lively look during your vacation. There’s a nice area behind the hotel where you can walk and relax, and it also has a swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was very dirty and poorly maintained during our entire stay. There were algae and even insects in the water, making it completely unusable. If the hotel improves its lighting and pool maintenance, it could offer a much better experience. As of now, I wouldn't recommend it for those looking for a clean and vibrant atmosphere.

far from city centre. you are dependent on hotel car for going to market and they charge 300 per visit for 1 km. For railway station They charge 600 per visit I visited 10 years back and They provided free to and from market
