Terrible Stay

the hotel is different from shown . we have not receive the room and not refund the money they adjust us in a different hotel which is far from the selected location. in that hotel there is no more reception, no restaurants and no lifts and share area area. we have not provided pickups and drop facility by that hotel. it's bad experience 👎🏿

Nice and clean rooms. Very spacious, hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly. It's all good according to our budget.

Very bad experience

No power backup. Power goes for long. Does not provide even towels unless asked for. Charge for providing hot drinking water. Pay for A/C which does not work. You pay for facilities like A/C, hot water, woof which does not work. Stiff narrow staircase, not for elderly.
