Hotel Lords Paradise

It was a wonderful experience to stay here. I was alone for 3 days in katra and chose this hotel to stay. This is very safe hotel. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Room and washroom were also neat and clean. Food was, good and services were awesome.

We came for Maa Vaishno Devi darshan with family and stayed at Hotel Lords Paradise. Rooms were neat and clean, washrooms were also very clean and also staff was very helpful and polite. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Hotal Location is good and staff is also helpful and good behaviour. And from hotel terrace Vaishno Devi mandir looking clear

The room is good the bed is good washroom is also good but the towels and bedsheets are in very bad condition and dirty but it's affordable so I guess it deserves 4 star rating and host is also very nice.

The hotel is located conveniently around both railway station and bus stand.Hotel rooms smelled fresh and felt very comfortable.Washrooms were neat and tidy with all basic toiletries.Hotel staff were cooperative and prompt in their service.

Rooms were not clean, got iron marked towel from the hotel. Location was good but not to 3 star level hotel.

It was a very good stay at hotel lords paradise Katra. Hotel was at walkable distance from railway station. It’s new construction so all good amenities. Our stay was comfortable as we got early check-in as well that too without any extra cost. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Auto/cab is easily accessible anytime to every place.

As I was alone safety is most important which I feel here is like a home feeling. Food was fantastic and room and washroom were also very clean.

Cockroaches were moving around beds and cupboards, water leakage in wash basin

The room is very clean and comfortable, my heart is filled with joy. This is not a room, it is a feeling. I believe it will take away fatigue.

room was not cleared properly everywhere it was dusty and walls was not properly as it was peeling off in bathroom n room. please do deep cleaning entire property

The staff was nice but the blanket was torn and the toilet flush wasn't working properly.

i don't like the room, room toilets having open ventilation they don't cover the ventilation..there was not proper lighting in the room.their are cockroaches on the bed. but the hotel staff was very cooperative they are very helpful.but the property was not good for stay...as compare to pricing it was not upto the mark. i don't recommend to any family because it's a very big issue all the rooms having big open ventilation in the bathroom without anything for privacy.

We were very pleased and satisfied with our stay at hotel lords paradise Katra. Hotel is located very close to railway station Katra, just walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Washroom was also neat and clean with toiletries. The overall ambience was quite relaxing and hospitable. It was a very good stay at this property and will definitely visit again next time.
