Hotel Swastik

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was spacious. Tv was not working. Ambiance was good.

There was no food at all

Nob ac room, no exaust fan in washroom, balcony was very dirty. No proper maintenance of geyser, towel hanging clip in bathroom. We were 3 persons so for 3rd person one bed was given on floor. No kit of shampoo etc. Overall a very poor experience with swastik katra.

All basic amenities in hotel like soap, towel, bathroom mug were missing for 3 people stay. Rooms balcony were not clean

No towel no soap properly provided smell in room and costly if it is booked from mm t big room and only one fan majak h kya

Very cooperative staff, good location near to bus stand

Pros : Staff very cooperative and helpful Cons : property is old and okay types. Don’t expect much. If you want only stay, then it’s fine. If you are paying more of it, then it’s not worth.

Rooms were a bit dated but still comfortable, staff was very prompt and helpful. Only drawback is washrooms, which weren't cleaned properly. Rest everything was good i really enjoyed my stay.

it was a very worst experience with this hotel, there was no water facility in the hotel, and the cleaniness was zero.hotel staff was terrible.i suggest not to visit in this hotel.very very worst experience with me and my family.total waste of money.

I stayed with my family (wife and 2 children) at hotel swastik. The location of hotel is excellent. It is very close to main katra bus auto stand and the main market. I came by car and had no problem in parking it in front of the hotel. The staff is very courteous, especially mr sanjeev. We left some of our belongings in the room and he helped in sending the same through someone back to delhi. Only problem was that when i booked the room from makemytrip it was showing as two double beds in the room pics whereas the room had only one bed. Mattress had to be placed on the floor for one person but sleeping on it was not so convenient. Thanks

Good staff and hygiene! good hotel

the room was terrible , no water in room , no water in bathroom , quilt were burned and smelly and hotel staff was really slow and unhelpful . my grandma was having her body ache after yatra and also her tooth started aching so we went straight to hotel and it took 2 hours to us to get water in room to drink and let her have her medicine and quilt to sleep. really terrible , slow and unhelpful staff. maybe you should see a bit costly one if traveling with family and don't want to be embarrassed for your hotel Choice.
