Hotel New Ashok

The hotel was under construction the rooms were ok as per provided. There were 3 bed and the room was good but there was a shortage of ceiling fan on one side. The kitchen was not clean. Water on jug was normal tap water so it's suggested to drink water from sealed bottle.

All switch board are not doing work. Not attention for cleaning

Not a good experience with that much amount, wall have moisture, hotel picture was old while there is construction going on. There may be some other option

Based on the charges we are paying the stay is decent. The food they provided was good. There can be improvements done in the washroom specifically but yeah if you're just there for a night stay and considering the hotel charges, it's decent enough. Plz note they also have some construction going on the front side, with a new structure coming up.

Everything was good except geyser. It heats a bucket of water and then you have to wait for 30 minutes to get another bucket.

Hotel location is excellent very near to market and railway station. Great food, great staff hospitality.

The rooms are good and clean. But the services aren't up to the mark and dining services are not available as per need. The staff is co-operative but some other amenities included will be beneficial for the hotels reputation.

Toilet was shabby with no shower. Only one bucket with mug. Room was not whitewashed and plaster coming out from walls.

Neat and clean hotel rooms and very good staff behaviour and very supportive. You can stay here with your family. It is near to bus stand nd railway station. We are happy to stay here.

Good to stay it was nearer to katra railway station. So it is easy to approach. Thanks for suggesting good hotel.

The hotel room was good but the washroom was not that good very bad hygiene and insects

The hotel is located in such a way that mama vishnavi mountain you can see from your hotel. The hotel management and crew behaviour and service is so humble. The food is so delicious. Hotel room is very neat and clean. Overall super experience.

Recommend to all must stay at hotel new ashoka well clean room with rocket speed room service food taste is to must great overall good service with best behavior of staff also the owner of restaurant is very corporative.

Location of the hotel was good. Food was superb. There is no problem at all in room service. Front officer was carrying and helping

Hotel is very old property so calls for lot of maintenance as some of the rooms having lots of issues. We had to change room two times for a decent room.

staff is not at all cooperative, we go for yatra and when at 4am we asked for tea T our room they said kitchen is close and after yatra when we ask d for dinner then also they have same issue kitchen is closed,overall experience was not at all good as there is no cooperation from hotel staffnot advisable to book this hotel

Hygiene was superb, location is good

Good and affordable place to stay. On the other side it is close to vaishno devi temple.
