Hotel Gupta Palace

I recently stayed at Hotel Gupta palace and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, and I enjoyed the food served at the hotel restaurant. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

we stayed for 1day as we came for yatra washrooms were old styled, rooms needs to be maintained and food service was very slow

We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Gupta Palace. The location is excellent, with easy access to the local market and railway station, making travel and shopping very convenient. The services were impressive — everything was well-organized, and the staff was prompt in addressing any requests. What stood out the most was the staff behavior — extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They truly made me feel welcome and at home. Property Location - Very good, close to Station, Yatra Parchi booth, food, market etc. Amenities - Poor, basic amenities were missing such as complete toiletry (paste, shampoo) etc., Kettle, Fan regulator malfunction, power back up issues, water was all over the floor at the time of rain which entry from AC shafet Food - Good but take care of unnecessary billing Service - Good, bit late due to less staff

I booked this hotel thru MMT. The hotel room is good, clean, and the food is being prepared on request like home. The staff is very good at the behaviour. nice stay. I can prefer next time also.

Room space was small, AC , Geyser and was old equipments and they were not working, even already informed to hotel staff but response was very poor. as well as furniture was also old and not as per shown in photos. Hotel need to upgrade their equipments and facilities, when they are charging high value.
