very nice experience, The food was expensive but it was ok, since the behaviour of the staff was cooperative.

Location is nice, this is near to main chowk katra and also near to SMVD katra railway station. Both places are in walking distance. Food is wow. Amenities and services are 10 out of 10.

Disappointed Stay – Not Returning This was our third time staying here, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience this time. The room and service conditions have significantly declined. We found cockroaches in both the room and the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. Housekeeping was not provided unless specifically requested, and even then, the bathroom was not cleaned despite our repeated requests. Given this experience, we will not be choosing this place again in the future.

Condition of Room is very pathetic (ghatiya) & Behaviour of staff not good & non co-operative. No matter resolve after complain.No ventilation & babudar room.

Amazing food and a very friendly staff. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. Worth the price

The hotel is in a good location, The rooms are spacious , but house keeping staff may work better to clean the room.

Stay was very good..bt staff is nt professional when we checkin they give us key and tell room in 404...bt no staff member come with us to room for guide to switch on light ac then again we go to reception then he came to room

The whole hotel looked closed, they did not have any food service available. they did not provide the complimentary pick and drop. basic amenities were missing. The staff was blank on any question. I booked this pathetic hotel wasted my whole experience.

Stay was memorable.. food is very delicious.. location is very best....facilities and services are excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Maa Gayatri during my visit to Katra for the Vaishno Devi trip. The staff was extremely professional and polite, making the entire stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room without any extra charges, which truly added to the hospitality. The room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean, and all the basic amenities were provided as promised. It’s a great option if you're looking for a clean, well-managed, and guest-friendly hotel close to the Vaishno Devi base. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
