good room well hygiene neet and clean room staff behaviour are very good . any person go to katra choose this hotel

It was a good experience staying in hotel Atul Residency in Katra. The restraint staff went beyond their duty timing just to provide us dinner in late night while we returned back from Vaishno Devi late night and were very tired.

I check in at 01.30 A. M on dt. 13.04.25 after Vaishno devi yatra.Manager give me a room without TV facility, and give me a mineral water 1 litre bottle in Rs. 30.00 charged instead of MRP. 20.00 I feel very unhappy without TV in my room and take 10.00 rupees extra money on 1litre.kingfisher mineral water bottle. Pl. refund my money because i face problems without facility of TV entertainment, hotel shows its in facility list also, and take excess money on1liter mineral water bottle Give my full refund

Its really a one of the comfort stay in katra jammu road with all the basic amenities along with good staff behavior as well as all time hot water with all time electricity. Also restaurant and foods are also tasty. Love to stay here. Nice one

Washroom is not clean every door has no handle locks and manager is not corporate person and very bad behaviour

The room was beautifully decorated with traditional indian elements, and the bedding was very comfortable the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service with a genuine warmth that truly embodies indian hospitality.

The property is right on the jammu road and about 500 meters from bus stand. Also has an enclosed parking space. Hotel staff is very professional and courteous. Food options offered by the hotel kitchen were limited but were tasty and served with utmost hygiene.

The stay was comfortable and good and the staff was cooperative.

The hotel is built in a wonderful location and built spaciously too. But they haven't maintained the place well. At least the room i stayed in requires a deep cleaning, fixing of a few screws, replacement of taps (3 were leaking. The stained bathroom walls are an example of poor maintenance. The bathroom would stink if unused for 3 hrs. Their staff were good, they probably should be coached to provide even better service. Like many hotels in katra, this one too operates restaurant only in peak i believe. Though i didn't take an a/c option, the look at the window a/c proved that its also lacking maintenance. There was a mini fridge inside, and the insides had stains and didnt look used for long. The fan was old too, but it worked. Bolts were broken, cloth hanger had missing screws and was hardly staying in place. The pictures displayed of their rooms were probably taken long ago. That was definitely not the condition of the room i stayed in. When i gave this feedback, they agreed but mentioned that rooms in other floors were in great condition. So this review is of the room i stayed, 204 for two nights. They can be a good hotel with better maintenance in my opinion. It was not definitely worth per night. My rating of 3/5 is still more than what it deserves, i didn't want to be too harsh. Jai mata di.

The waseroom is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.

Convenient location. A little more attention is required reading cleanliness. Electric kettle should be provided in the room.

Outstanding customer service. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The rooms were spacious, need more cleaning and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
