Stained bedsheets, quilts, extra charging

Stayed at this hotel recently and the only pros are its location and some service. Let me begin by describing my entire experience which was a big let down. Firstly the hotel asked an additional above the money that I had already paid through makemytrip citing room unavailability despite entire hotel being almost empty. Then the room keys for all the rooms didn’t work. Bedsheets, pillow covers and quilt were all stained and had a lot of lint which is visible in pictures. Then they said the card machine doesn’t work to accept the additional payment which these shameless people had the audacity for. Overall I would suggest avoiding this hotel even in worst situations.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable Cons: Room RFID card keys didn’t work for both of our rooms (they gave us the physical key), the major issue is that there is no restaurant in this hotel which makes the stay difficult as you’ll have to go out to eat, also they will charge you for water bottles, and no hot water in washrooms

This was our first time staying at Hotel One Earth Shraddha with family. Although I visit Vaishno Devi every year, the hospitality experienced here was truly beyond imagination. The ambience and service provided were absolutely superb and mind-blowing. The hotel staff was found to be extremely cooperative, well-disciplined, helpful, and always available with just a single call. The management was observed to be excellent in every aspect. Special appreciation must be given to their in-house restaurant Dana Paani, where delicious and flavorful meals were consistently served. The food quality and taste were outstanding and truly satisfying. From now on, this place will be chosen for every future visit. I highly recommend that anyone planning a trip to Vaishno Devi should consider staying at Hotel One Earth Shraddha for an exceptional and memorable experience.
