Hotel Review Disappointing Experience Our stay at this hotel was a huge letdown. The service was pathetic, with staff seemingly uninterested in guest needs. Key Issues - No water provided - Dirty bed sheets - No toiletries available - Charged Rs. 800 for early check-in - Iron board request denied

Stay was overall good but staff was not cooperative. And to be noted they didn't provided water and charged for it in breakfast although i choose for breakfast included in stay. Staff is less friendly although property is nice

The service was very, very poor. It was noticeable that while guests were staying at the hotel, they preferred to get food from outside.
