very good hotel. nearby main bazar and cost effective clean rooms. walkable distance from main bazar

The room was very dirty and lights in the room is not working properly, fan is also not working properly.

we landed around 6.30 in the morning there was no one to greet at the reception waited around 20 mins called several times then a person came he said you are not allowed to check in before 12pm and the check time at the reception was 11am when we said we will leave today by 7 pm....upon requesting he allowed to check in no one came to give the luggage when ourself took the luggage asked for the water bottles he said only 1 bottle is allowed to give afterwards it will be chargeable when we asked for the snacks at the time of high tea only french fries was available nothing else can be served really heartbkroken with their servies

It was a really nice experience and the staff was also nice and cooperating. The food was also very delicious

Had an excellent stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

Hotel Pros 1) Location in near by Bus Stand 2) Late Check In Check Out facility provided 3) Warm Staff Members Hotel Cons 1) Over Budget hotel 2) Hotel room was not clean, bed matters, pillow cover were not cleaned & dust all around the room I would suggest the property management to focus on the neatness & upgradation of toilteries & other facilities to fit in that budget.

Jai Mata di I highly recamended this Ganpati hotel. Staff was to good , ambiance ,atmosphere,specialty in service. Food Is too good ☺️ this hotel is on main road 100 mtr away from main bazar Katra or Yatra card office.

No pick and drop facility from hotel to banganga (which almost every good hotel has in Katra) Food was pathetic (maggie was too oilly and paratha was with 20% stuffing and 80% maida and aata) No proper hot water

We had an amazing stay with family. We had a quick check in and the staff was flexible in terms of checkout as well. The rooms were clean too, so overall an excellent stay.!!

Room wa ok. Geyser was not working and had to call the hotel staff each morning to check and repair

The family room bathroom is too small. Hot water is an issue in the bathroom. In month of december without hot water or very little hot water is not sufficient. Rest is fine.

Rooms were clean. The staff was supporting. But in winters there rooms are chilling cold they have no room heating and they charge extra for room heaters and extra water bottle. They have centralised water heaters. Bine day hot water was coming in the morning the next day it was not. Can't comment about food as we didn't try it. But tea was good

Hotel was not clean no lift working bed sheet where stinky no hot water

Overall it’s a perfect place to stay as it is very near bus stand and main market. Property is good, have basic facilities like hot water, kettle. We didn’t try hotel food so not aware of it. Room was comfy and clean.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was prompt in responding to our queries as well gave us extra complimentary water bottles and coffee packets on request.

Very good service. Persons at the property are very humble and respectful. They even considered late check out request in 1 request. I definitely recommend this property.
