We were there from 2nd, June.26 to 6th,June,26 with family. The rooms & wash rooms were neat & clean and the room service was good. Food was excellent in the in house restaurant and staff was courteous. Hotel is located in the main market although the approach is via narrow lane but not to bother as it is walking distance and broad enough for a tempo traveller. The The Vaishno Devi Hills, Katra travel desk is excellent & very prompt. Overall a good stay,value for money and soothing experience- Jai Mata di

Our stay at The Veshno Devi Hills, Katra was good. We liked the service provided by The Vaishno Devi Hills, Katra staff. Even at night times (2 or 3 O Clock in the night) they provided us milk for our child. Rooms were also clean and comfortable. We didn’t try much of the food items there, but once we had breakfast from their menu, and taste was decent. Location is near by(about 500 meters) katra market area. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thanks

Hotel Vaishno Devi hills is really near the Main Bazaar and very accessible from the Katra Railway Station. The The Vaishno Devi Hills, Katra’s ambience, cleanliness and staff is really good. We stayed in a double bed AC room and it was spacious enough to accommodate 4 people with green view from the window. The amenities are good, washrooms are clean and it is definitely worth the money.
