Not neat n clean hotel bathroom is not working properly 😒

water geyser is nt working i was late one hour at morning Bani chal raha tha Jiski vajah se main 1 Ghanta let Ho Gaya Subah

It is terrible. Rooms shown on apps are totallly different than you will find in real. Acs and fans in this hotel are a joke. Tvs nir even invtheir best rooms which have basically one extra beds with sheets that even have blood stains. Rooms stench like a public urinal and even bus stand washrooms are better than what you will find there. Above all, the staff is rude. My message to the owner of this property is only that it will close down soon if you rely on such staff. I mean it is laughable to see prices in the range of night online for this hotel. 500 rupaye per night se jyada ek laksa bhi is hotel me dena mahabewakoofi hai

It is not exactly as shown in the photo. They don't even give us water to drink. There is no TV in the room. There is no reception phone either.

Hotel new blue sapphire in katra refused to allow check-in despite a confirmed booking through makemytrip. Efforts to resolve the issue by connecting the hotel's representative with makemytrip were unsuccessful.

Disgusting place. please do not book this place. The rooms were very bad, and the reception was also broken

Washroom was not clean, geaser was not working properly also water jet in comode was not working properly. They asked to wait for the 2nd room(double bed) till 1pm.

The experience was not very Good the hotel person not guide properly regarding stay and Local travel, not recommended.

the hotel is good location and nearby railway station but my stayed not good as i heard about this hotel,when we reached the room was not cleaned, they given the rooms after 12: 00

No towel available hand wash liquid is also not available in the bathroom. After taking lunch from the hotel, nobody came to take utensils.

Toilet door was broken and it was too dirty. We checked in late they had enough time to do cleaning but we had to ask. Ac was not working

Stay was really good, we didn’t feel any trouble, no disturbance and no other noise in the hotel. Hotel was clean and bathroom was very clean with full hot water facilities

I have travel-led with family, and stayed in hotel blue shaphire, in this hotel there is no light or backup for electricity.

My experience at this hotel was an amazing one! the rooms were super clean and luxurious unlike any other i have seen on my trip. The other parts of the hotel were lavish and great. The buffet and breakfast and all other food items served were also good. I also can't thank the staff enough for all the help they have been to me.

Hotel is located in the main road, rooms are confirmed with all amenities. Food was tasty with cheap rates, mr rohit in the hotel in very helpful, overall satisfied with the services

Hotel experience was very bad there were cocroaches in room wash room was also not up to standard

Very bad experience cockroach are in room and there is no water in washroom at night and lot's of issue there. We are waiting for breakfast since 8:30 and lots of time talking with reception but still waiting for the same. What a great services
