Sir as we told you during your stay that the geyser took at least 30 min to heat the water as you come in the winter season also there is so much electricity cut in the whole town The geyser is a heavy duty appliance which we cannot run on the generator

Difficult to find location as it is located inside a street and no landmark available. No room service is being provided by the guesthouse. Even for a cup of tea or drinking water, you have to visit outside market yourself. However, room size, bedding are good. Washroom is not so clean and water-tap leaking. A towel and a piece of soap was provided only.

Sir as katra is not a place of 2 or 3 hotels this is a budget property that comes under the guest house category we mentioned during booking that rooms comes with accommodation only no food or beverage like facilities, sir you are expecting a hotel facilities from a guest house

Sorry to say sir as you were told many times during your stay that geyser took 30 min for hot water but you are opening the tape frequently how could it be possible if you open the tape after every 5 min as far as blanket concern you never ask us for blanket we have extra blanket in our guest house

I checked in bit early They gave me a room for freshen up I came back after 10 hrs and I didn't get my room ready and I had to wait for 10 min to get a room Why can't they check the bookings and allot the room earlier

With due respect sir you didn't check in a bit early but 6 hours before check in time but we still arrange a room we compromise 6 hours for you but you don't compromise for just 10 min for us I think this is unfair
