Location is very inside from road Basic Medical faciltiy is also not given Basic stay is available not likè hotel

all was good staff was good , they received me at bus stop , as compare to price it is very good

The hotel room was spacious with basic amenities and without tv functioning. however the room was clean. The staffs were very respectful and courteous namely Mr. Sahil Sharma and others. The view from room was decent. However there is no lift and approach to the hotel is not nice. The entrance area is little having stony path, up and down unlevel ground. The hotel needs to be more bright and attractive lights to be installed for a nice experience. Very good pricing.

Rooms are okay, staff was good and polite. Provide taxi from station to hotel and vice versa. Also drop at yatra parchi counter. Provide taxi service early morning to drop us at station before 6 am.

Good place to stay at the given price. The rooms were clean and if there were any issues, it resolved quickly. The food is good.

Room wall are very bad in condition I paid more but I got room of below avarage walls paints are coming out bedsheets are not not clean

Room was dirty and unhygienic. Bedsheets pillows were smelling. should be black listed . I thought "MMT" is a reliable one . But at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi , we should think twice about choosing MMT.

The cleanliness of the hotel is not good, and i don't like the location of the hotel also and i think this is also expensive according to the hotel

Hotel staff is very cooperative, and the room was also good. Unlike the last 5-6 trips of mm t this one came as a surprise.

The property is just near the bus stand and main market. The services is good, they provide pick and drop facility. The food is also good.

Neat-clean n spacious room. Friendly and cooperative staff. King size bed, blanket, pillow everything is very hygienic. 24*7 hot water facility. At this price point i cannot even dream of anything else. Complimentary pickup and drop service from the railway station. Excellent hotel.

The staff are polite and cooperative but there are no facilities in the room like, shampoo, soap, towels etc. Bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets are stinking. The location is unimaginably bad.
