Very supportive staff, tasty food. Nice property. Close to yatra start point. But faced problem with getting Hot water whwn needed after hectic trek. Had to request multiple times and still couldn't get hot water in time.

Excellent staff nice ambiance very tasty and fresh food. Avail spa and swimming pool facility. In total fully satisfied

my experience was worst one as hotel was not as expected because there was no cleanliness everything present was dirty i really want to leave the room but i cant because of network issue

Okay rooms, okay food, washrooms are not that clean and some of the taps are non-functional. But location wise it’s good and staff is helpful.

Food was good , But maintenance is an issue . bathroom door was not locking in room 308 , in Room 307 Ac was not working for 2 days . After being too much angry they could rectify the ac on checkout day . Service people are very good . Especially the Prasad shop in lobby owner Mr Sharma is very helpful and makes sure all request & requirement are being guided properly and meets up with our expectations .

Booked wrong days by mistake but hotel didn’t even cooperate in terms of no show. Could have easily provided discount voucher but staff is totally rude and unprofessional

No electricity ac didn’t work whole night. Checkin process wasn’t smooth. Rooms were not clean, property not maintained at all. Not even one healthy option in breakfast.

Bedsheet are not fresh and cushions are very dirty. Tv was not working i call 2-3 times they fixed it and after one hour the conditions are same. I tried so many times. Spa section is very cheap quality

According to rate, no facility and service avaliable, food quality not good, room condition not good, room has silen smell. It’s very old type hotel. Pick n drop facility they just mentioned in booking but in reality, their driver don’t have sense and they did just formalities on the name of pic n drop facility. Over all rating is zero for this hotel.

Pros: 1. Location 2. Staff 3. Service 4. Value for money cons 1. Rooms are relatively old 2. Better maintenance of property surroundings is required. Old style hotel reminiscent of old world luxury. Need to upgrade regularly to keep up with times.
