Brilliant experience, pretty supportive staff specially Palak, main market was quite far but overall healthy experience

Very poor property,very dirty place ,cockroach , staff is very roude,never stay this place koi bhi nahi jana

The location is not good & accessible. The room was good but not taken care of. There were ants & flies & mosquitoes.

Hotel was unhygienic washroom gate was getting closed, no cupboards inside the room no one has come to clean the room for almost 2 days please dont go with this hotel as it creates negative environment in ourself

The hotel was good and comfortable at the price point. The location was close to main road . My room was booked on 3rd floor and there is no lifts in the hotel. Otherwise stay is comfortable.

Worst location

Poor service, reception is no speak properly and guide only waiter bablu do best so rating for bablu is 5, others not good.

They are not supportive and made an argument with the customer for staying at room. It is very terrible experience.

होटल में किसी भी प्रकार का इस सुविधा नहीं थी सारे बाथरूम गंदे से और सभी नल टूटा हुआ था नहाते समय अचानक खोलता हुआ पानी मेरे ऊपर गिरा जिससे मैं जख्मी हो गया मैनेजर बहुत ही एटीट्यूड से बात कर रहा था पहले खाने पीने की सामग्री पर 15% डिस्काउंट मिलेगा ऐसा बाद में होटल के मैनेजर ने मना कर दिया स्विमिंग पूल बहुत गंदा था छोटा सा स्विमिंग पूल था जिसको जिसमें एक आदमी अच्छे से नहीं नहा सकता और जब हमने उसे साफ करने का बोला तो बोला कि स्विमिंग पूल चालू नहीं है स्विमिंग पूल सिर्फ दिखाने के लिए है नहाने के लिए नहीं.

My parents paid for the ac rooms and they didn't provide ac and the bathroom wasn't good either, the basin gets blocked every time they showered or used the bathroom, it wasn't clean either and light also wasn't there it was a terrible experience they paid for ac but wasn't provided wouldn't recommend going here ever

It was very very poor in terms of services and only stay was good but they were given without a balcony room and i was booked balcony room also after entering in room forget about services even we carry our all laggage during night/early morning to the cab from first floor.
