Refund were not given after change in room Cleaning not found & Hygiene Ac were offed automatic in night

Booking was cancelled and he gave another room but charged 1800 + tax and he said refund has been initiated

We didn't get room itself. After reaching hotel we got to know that rooms aren't available and didn't get refund also yet. Very bad experience

Worst place ever- did not even allow us to check-in as the amount paid is only for one person, mmt folks also are of no help as they are concerned about their booking amount, the hotelier told us that he will ensure that the amount is refunded. Scamsters

I have booked my room in this hotel from makemytrip on 13aug. For 14aug to 15aug. Then i travel for 400km and i arrived at the baddest hotel then the receptionist tell me that there are no rooms available all are full. They take bookings from makemytrip and when they got local customer they takes more am-mount of money from them and give room to them. But after i tell him that i have booking here already they use bad launguage with us then the hotel owner called he h arras us and tell there receptionist to throw us out side the hotel the time of this incidence night 3:30 am. Do not book this hotel baddest hotel paradise inn

After the booking of 2 room hotel takes 6000 rupees and told as your hotel booking is canceled and you have to pay 2000 rupees for one day for stay, and hotel told us you will get your refund in three days which i was pied previously, this is my worst experience with make my trip and for future i never book anything with make my trip, if you are allowing any hotel to book by make my trip please verify the hotel that genuine or not.

When i went at hotel, manager said that room you have booked is not good. So you have to book another room @1200-. He told me that he is cancel-ling the booking from his side. You will get rs. 500- back. So as per his request i paid rs. 1200- for room. Because it was too late for me to search another hotel. Till date i did not received rs. 500- back. So pleaded do needful. Otherwise it makes your bad impression.

Payment was already done online but hotel asked to also make payment in cash. Cleanlimess was not observed.

Room service and people are not great. Rooms are big and spacious and bathrooms are clean.

The rooms of Hotel were big, but toilet was a let down. Big plus was the food. Very tasty and cost effective. Overall mixed stay.

I have booked this Hotel from make my trip with online payment but once I asked for check-in confirmation that time he won't allow me to in hotel. So in that situation customers do payment online and as well as extra cash payments in hotels.

It's a nice place to stay. I stayed alone and was happy with the checkin service and also with the rest of the staff.

Location was wrongly mentioned as we booked Hotel keeping in mind it's in Hingewadi, Pune but Hotel location was near Talegoan Station which is very far from Pune Station. Rooms we're clean, food and service is good.
